Would you please be so kind as to forward this to the three women (Kathleen Gallagher and Helen Moran, Jane Gilmer) mentioned in your article... They appear to have borrowed from Dr. Estes' work, and they are not in 'trouble' but we are writing to ask them to please contact Projectscreener@aol.com
for Rights and Permissions for the Works of Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés. The work you are writing about is a literary story by Dr. Estes who along with her worldwdie publishers hold the copyright and performance and theatrical, audio and other rights to her work Skeleton Woman ©1992,1996. The work appears to not have been correctly credited by this theatre group, giving the false impression that Dr. Estes' literary story, Skeleton Woman, is in public domain, which it is not. This particular story is one made from a five line song the author heard as a child. The story is not written elsewhere. Proper permissions and credits are required. Thank you kindly. Mrs. G. Garcia, Rights and Permissions; UK, USA, S.A., NZ, AU, EU, AF
